Digital Service

Mike’s Tv is a digital IPTV service. Once your account is created and activated, you receive full access to the service digitally. In this policy, activated means your IPTV account has been created and your access details have been delivered or turned on for use. Because of this, all payments are generally final.

No Refunds After Activation

  • Once your IPTV account is activated, payments are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after activation.
  • We do not offer refunds for issues caused by your internet provider, Wi-Fi, or devices.

Before Activation

If you paid but your account has not yet been activated and you made a payment in error, contact us immediately. If we have not set up or delivered your account yet, we may be able to cancel and reverse the order at our discretion.

Connection & Performance Issues

Freezing, buffering, or connection issues are usually related to:

  • Your internet speed or stability
  • Wi-Fi congestion or weak signal
  • Device performance or overheating

We will gladly help troubleshoot and optimize your setup, but these issues are not valid reasons for a refund.

Channel Changes

Channels and content can change without notice. Specific channels are not guaranteed and changes in channel lineup are not grounds for a refund.

Free Trials

The free trial is 3 days and may be limited to one trial per customer, household, or device.
